Given that this product utlises large amounts of customer data and the functionality relies heavily on the database back end you will gain strong technical skills in database technologies and also a wider awareness of technologies used to deploy, deliver and host such technologies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be supporting, troubleshooting, developing or testing software and will be looking for a role that involves systems analysis, problem resolution, customer support and database analysis using SQL. We are keen to find someone who loves getting under the hood of the software product to really understand where the issue lies, a problem solver and someone who prides themselves in taking ownership of technical issues.

If you are working in Systems Support, Systems Analysis, Testing, Development or working with Databases as a Database Administrator or Systems Administrator we’d love to hear from you. This organisation has an open mind and a big heart and there are multiple roles available.
