Working for one of the UK's most successful and established software businesses, you will join the company as they expand into new markets and sectors with the latest generation of messaging and mobile software applications.
Acting as relationship manager, brand ambassador, technical advisor, troubleshooter and service delivery manager this role is a rare blend of technical, service and relationship management. You will become an interface between external customers and internal teams such as Application Support, Testing and Software Development and will own issues to ensure the customer receives the very best service / experience.
On joining the team you will establish an in depth knowledge of the products, platforms and technology and develop and an understanding of how professional services are delivered with the organisation. As your role develops alongside your knowledge you will start working with larger more high profile customers, on board relationships as new implementations take place.
This role is designed to develop and evolve in time. It is a brand new position within the organisation and a hugely exciting opportunity for someone to make this position their own.
What are looking for?
The ideal candidate will be working in a software business or possibly in an IT managed services organisation. They will be Client / Customer facing and have some experience of resolving issues, managing relationships and service levels. We can consider a technical sales account manager, someone in a customer facing technical support / application support environment or someone working in a Customer Success position.
Please note we can only consider candidates working in an IT / Software / Infrastructure environment.
We are also not looking for someone too experienced. There is an extensive learning and development programme ready and waiting for someone who is ready to step up into this role.
