It is your role to advise and support customers to ensure they maximise the potential functionality in the system and unlock all the advanced features. It’s fast moving, exciting and challenging and will offer you the opportunity to gain new skills and experience that will be of great value to you in the future.
Alongside technical product support, you will also solve problems, come up with ideas and resolve issues and incidents. This will ensure the customer receives the very best experience. Do you enjoy troubleshooting, logical thinking? Are you calm under pressure?
Despite being a relatively small business at present, the career opportunity in this role is exceptional. You’ll be mentored by one of the founders of the UK and you’ll also get a chance to spend time with technical teams in the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, solving problems and have a logical and analytical mindset but also the ability to build rapport with people, in this case external customers. A background in Customer Service, IT Helpdesk Support would be beneficial but this is not essential. We can also consider IT or Business Graduates looking for an entry level role into the IT industry.
Position is based just outside Derby City Centre, accessible via public transport.
