Your Career:

You will be invested in to build your technical skills through accredited and certified training from Microsoft including your Microsoft Certified Professional exams to attain your MTA, MCSA and above as your career develops. Options for additional vendor product training is also a potential. These carry different levels of achievement starting with your Windows 10 exams and for those that look to push themselves bonuses of up to £2,000 are in place for hitting the gold standard level in their Training Academy.

With fast growing teams you will start your 'next step' career in IT/End User Computing (EUC) working on multi client ITIL framework driven service management support requirements from different organsations including some large public sector and government organsations and even household names.

Delivering what they do across End User Computing (EUC), Desktop and Infrastructure to Public Sector, Government and Commercial clients.

The role:

This role will see you undertake IT Support to a solid 2nd line level ideally and will get you working across a range of EUC, Desktop and IT technologies providing first class customer service to clients and their technical issues.

Applicants will have an understanding of the following technologies, good communication and customer service skills and be motivated to do a great job:
