Support Support Consultant

My client are seeking a SAP Support Consultant in Nottinghamshire.
The SAP Support team plays an integral part of the wider SAP team to include Consultants, Developers & Testers and of course is a centre of excellence (CoE) to the end user community.
You will work as part of the SAP support/projects/technical team and work closely with & alongside the user / business community supporting, investigating, fault finding, testing, monitoring, training and coaching primarily in a EEC environment and have an active part and be expected to contribute to the specification, development, configuration and/or enhancements of new projects (of which there are plenty due to a SAP transformation project).
Technical end user support & escalated problem management across most manufacturing modules of SAP (MM, PP, LE, FICO, SD, VM) to include data processing, performance & systems monitoring, incident management, investigations, troubleshooting, caseload management, documentation, cross functional assistance to include development, enhancements and customisation.
Strong SAP Support experience within a manufacturing SAP environment with a strong understanding of SAP EEC.
Background in either an end user or consultancy environment.
Good understanding of manufacturing SAP modules, ideally with with a manufacturing, logistics, retail focus

Ability to work with other departments eg development, BA's and the wider SAP user group community.
The client invests heavily in SAP and are undergoing a SAP transformation currently and moving towards S4/Hana in the next 24 months.
