Delivering a first class service to major clients, supporting and building the service relationship, ongoing incident/escalation management, and the service transition of new & existing clients.
To give you an idea, you'll be getting involved with...
Service management, conducting service reviews, managing major incidents as a final escalation (*none technical), relationship management, commercial management, sales and account team collaboration, service transition, service design (*where necessary), establishing and evolving ITIL processes, identifying though route cause analysis, identifying potential projects, transition of projects in/out from the technical consulting team.
Ideally you'll have ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Practitioner qualification and have experience of enterprise level IT organisations, ideally coming from the IT Service sector or large end user where End User and Infrastructure and computing service is run in a similar way.
